Adam is a distinguished wine and spirits connoisseur and educator in Australia, celebrated for his mastery in distillation. Possessing accolades such as the WSET Diploma and IBD Distilling qualifications, he will be at Wymara Resort to interact with guests from July 18th to the 27th. 

On Friday July 19th, 2024, experience a Tropical Beach Front Rum Tasting + Food Pairing event at Blue Water Bistro hosted by Chef Andrew Mirosch and Wine & Spirits Educator Adam Chapman. Embark on a gastronomic adventure featuring Caribbean inspired courses paired with fine rums from around the world.

Join us Thursday, July 25th at Indigo Restaurant for a very special Wine Tasting + Food Pairing event hosted by Chef Andrew Mirosch and Adam Chapman as they lead you through a tasting journey of exceptional Australian and New Zealand wines thoughtfully paired with six savory courses.

For an even more informative experience, Andrew and Adam will be hosting Private Wine and Food Education Experiences daily at 1:00pm at Indigo Restaurant from Monday, July 22nd through Thursday,  July 25th, with limited seating available.
